This is a two minute guided meditation that you will focus on the candle flame. This meditation is called Trataka. To began, sit in a seated position either on the floor or in a chair. Align your spine and focus only on the candle flame and breath.
I talk to a lot of people that have trouble concentrating when their eyes are closed. The more you practice meditation the more focused and present you will become. This form of mediation will help you to concentrate and can improve your memory.
