Here are five things that can boost your mood and distract if you’re not in a good mood.

Take notice of yourself while doing these activities reading, exercising, exploring your hobby, dancing, and meditating. Do you notice how you’re not thinking about the past or the future? You’re living in the present moment! Living in the present moment can help those feelings of worry and sadness go away. While you can not change the past, you can make your future better. But it’s important to learn to enjoy each present moment and find a fun distraction whenever you need to!
