Monday Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the state of being aware of something. This meditation is for good positive vibes and to get rid of negativity. It is slightly over 10 minutes.

If you have been frustrated or felt lost, after this meditation, your mind will be clear. You can answer these questions and post it somewhere for you to see daily.

  • What do I want in my life? What do I want for my family?
  • What are my goals?
  • How do I plan to achieve these goals?
  • What actions will I take?
Promises to myself:
  • I vow to not give up.
  • I vow to not give up on my dreams.
  • I vow to get rid of negative people from my life and surround myself with positivity.
  • Obstacles may come, but I am wise and will find ways around them.
  • When things get difficult I will distract the negative thoughts with something positive.
  • Mantra: “All good things come to me”
