This is a seven minute meditation for self-love. Self-love is being the true you. Self-love is removing the mask you think everybody wants to see and just being who you are unapologetically. We all have flaws because we are human but what’s important is picking yourself up and being vulnerable enough to accept who you are without judgement. You are unique and there is nobody like you in the world and that in itself is a very beautiful thing. Allow your courage to come through don’t ever be afraid to be confident or afraid to love yourself. Be proud of yourself and accept your flaws!
