A 30 Minute Guided Meditation by Mel

I met a kind woman named Mel through social media. I listened to some of her meditations and I loved it! She gave me permission to share her guided meditation here. This guided practice is based on Jon Kabat-Zinn Lake meditation usually shared as part of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course. (MBSR). The video is of visits to Aldenham Country Park in Hertfordshire, however the recording is designed to be listened to with eyes closed and lying down, with a glass of water beside you. Please take some time to prepare a space where you can be in this position and remain undisturbed for 30 minutes.
