Hello, I hope that you are well! This is a 10 minute meditation to help you to let go and move forward. Here are the questions at the end of the meditation that you can answer in your journal:
- What will you do when this thing that has been holding you back becomes a thought in your mind?
- What positive things can you do to help you to heal and forward?
- What goals would you like to create to move forward with your life?
Get rid of negative thoughts by replacing them with positive ones.
For every negative thought, replace it with two positive things. This can be prayer, reciting affirmations, reading a new book, creating new goals, accomplishing goals, volunteering, or anything positive that you can do to feel better.
