Hello, I hope that you are doing well. This is a quick 30-second meditation with a focus on gratitude. To get rid of negative thoughts, try to focus on the things that are going right in your life. If you simply can not think of anything, be grateful that you are able to see the beauty in nature, that you can walk, or simply that you are breathing.
When you speak positively about yourself and your life it will change how you view things. Obstacles will arise but with a positive mindset you learn how to deal with it differently.
